Some experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. A Food Hygiene certificate is desirable.

Working hours will be between 10-16 hrs per week primarily within the following shift pattern:
-Mon - Wed 5.00pm -10.00 pm
-Thurs - Sat 5.00pm -11.00 pm
-Saturday 10.00pm -3.30 am (rotated once per month).
