Job Duties:

The person will be responsible for the Payroll of 300 plus people and the maintaining of creditors ledger and bank reconciliations

Main duties and responsibilities:
Process 4 weekly Payroll;
Bank Reconciliations;
Purchase Ledger;

General accounts duties;
Supplier Reconciliation and Payments;
Maintain confidential filing system;
General administrative duties;
Any other duties requested by the CFO.

Qualifications / Experience:

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Excellent communication and organisations skills
.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50 Payroll, Microsoft Excel and Word.
Flexible and responsive to change.
Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
.
Ability to cope with changing priorities and to multi task.
