Job Duties:

To assist the Area Manager in the effective and efficient management of the scheme and to lead the team alongside the Manager in providing the highest possible standard of support to service users in line with Inspire's strategy. Qualifications / Experience:

Essential:
- A minimum of 1 years experience working in a social care setting
- Experience of liaising with statutory and other voluntary agencies
- Proven experience of financial planning and managing monies
- Proven experience of motivating service users

- A professional qualification, for example:
Either
- A professional social work qualification and be registered or eligible for registration on appointment on the NISCC's register
- A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with BAOT
Or
- A relevant degree i.e. Psychology or Social Care and be registered or eligible for registration on appointment on the NISCC's register
Or
- A NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent care qualification and be registered or eligible for registration on appointment on the NISCC's register

Other Information:

Applicants must be flexible as this role requires 24 hours a day, 7 days a week cover. This can involve sleep over cover, night cover, evening and weekend work on a shift / rota basis.
