Updating spreadsheets and maintaining.
Dealing with telephone queries.
General administration as required.

Qualifications / Experience:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Minimum of one year administration experience in a busy office environment.
IT literate to include Word and Excel.
Excellent telephone manner.
Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
