Job Duties:

Maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
.
Credit control including account and bank reconciliation
.
Generating and sending customer statements
.
Managing payment schedules
.
Maintaining and updating approved customer/supplier ledgers
.
Credit checking customers
.
General office and housekeeping duties
.
Assisting with quality management system
.

Qualifications / Experience:

Six months' experience in a similar role or relevant qualification required
.
