Job Duties:

Maintaining our excellent feedback rating by resolving issues by liaising with customers and couriers to resolve shipping issues.
Using our warehouse and stock management software to ensure our stock levels are maintained.
Picking and packing will need to be performed when we are busy.
You will be required to work some Sundays.

Qualifications / Experience:

Attention to detail, as quality control is of central importance to our business.
Initiative and a strong work ethic.
Strong organisation skills.
Happy to work autonomously or part of team.
The ability to adapt and learn.
Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

GCSE Maths and English (Grade A- C or equivalent).

Excellent IT Skills. Confident in using MS Office.

Office experience, confident on the phone, in written communication.

Highly organised and accurate approach to work.

Valid driving licence and own transport. You won't be required to drive, just to reach us as we are in the countryside.

Desirable Criteria:
Customer service experience.
Experience of selling online.
Forklift licence.
Warehouse experience.
