Job Duties:

The postholder will support the Senior HR Manager (Organisational Development & Learning) in the delivery of Corporate Mandatory Training (CMT) to the Trust. The postholder will also ensure that there is a rolling programme of CMT in place that will ensure that all staff received the most suitable training.

The postholder will be the designated line manager for the administrative function within the Organisational Development & Learning Team.

Qualifications / Experience:

Hold a third level qualification in a business related field and 3 years experience at a senior level (Band 5 or equivalent), to include significant experience of Learning & Development.
OR
5 years experience at a senior level (Band 5 or equivalent), to include significant experience of Learning & Development.
Have experience in Staff management.
