Job Duties:

Schedule and create orders for preventative maintenance.
Schedule & create work orders for service repairs and replacements.
Dispatch Engineers to emergency service calls.
Obtain quotations for parts.
Procure parts for scheduled/emergency repairs.
Review generated paperwork and prepare for invoicing by the Service Administrator.
E-mailing work sheets to customers.
Advise the Services manager of any problems and take appropriate action as directed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service provision.
To ensure all service calls are dealt with by the end of working day.
Any other duties as requested by Management.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential:
5 GCSEs, two of which should be Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years experience in office administration.
Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
Computer literate with experience of MS Office and Excel software.
Excellent customer and communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Good negotiating skills.
Good organisational skills.
Capable of working in a team environment.
Able to work flexible hours if required.

Desirable:
Computer qualification for e.g. Excel.
Refrigeration Knowledge.
