Job Duties:

As the Employee Relations Manager you will act as an expert within the HR Team, providing advice, guidance and recommendations for all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability issues as well as recruitment and selection practices.
The Employee Relations Manager will both manage the team and play an active part in delivering its services. Whilst handling their own case load and implementations, they will act as a point of escalation for the team and ensure ongoing identification and continuous improvements.

Qualifications / Experience:

A Human Resources Qualification.
Proven experience in a progressive HR environment.
Strong knowledge of current NI and ROI employment law.
Proven ability to work on your own initiative.
Ability to be flexible in approach.
