Job Duties:

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Coaching group classes.
Manage flow, provide instruction, and maintain safety.
Lead & Coach 1-1 Beginner programs and Personal Training clients. Handle member enquiries, lead consultations and provide information about our service offerings.
Implement programs, projects, events & initiatives under direction of the General Manager.
Member management including signing new members, member enquiries and tracking attendance.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility.
Retail responsibilities.
A commitment to ongoing professional education & coaching as a profession and a lifestyle.

Qualifications / Experience:

Personal Training qualification.
First Aid Certification.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong initiative, ownership & attention to detail.
Minimum C Grade GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
