Job Duties:

This includes shadowing our coordinators to design and deliver programmes that meet the needs of young people in local communities.
You will be a part of a wider staff team, and you will be delivering summer programmes, running sports events, and advocating on behalf of young people through consultation sessions.
You will also be a part of our residential sessions and our in-house employability sessions to help engage young people in employment, building CVS and delivering professional training to our partners.
This role will include in house training opportunities to upskill and allow further development within the role as well as, First Aid and Safeguarding training.

Qualifications / Experience:

GCSE: Maths C and English C.
IT Literate.
Experience/knowledge on working with young people and an understanding of issues that affect young people in local communities.
Knowledge/and understanding of the methodology ACN promotes and use to deliver our programme with young people and how the journey is fulfilled with opportunities.
An understanding of sports for development, how we use sport to connect communities, partners and youth.
Experience/knowledge of working apart of a large staff team to deliver youth and sport programmes in local communities.
Be able to use email, Microsoft word and have a good level of IT in general.
Flexible working hours.
