Job Duties:

To support the playgroup team in ensuring there is a safe, caring and welcoming environment for the preschool children and their families. Work as part of the team and in partnership with parents. To be involved in planning and keeping records on children's progress, health and safety etc. and report to playgroup leader any concerns or issues on a daily basis and in a timely manner. Assist in the delivery of the pre-school curriculum. Undertake further training as required for the role.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential: NVQ level 2 in Children's care Learning and development or equivalent course. One year of experience in a paid or voluntary capacity in a childcare or education setting.
In line with safer recruitment an Enhanced Access NI background checks including the right to work in the UK, GP health checks, excellent references and social services checks will be required for the successful applicants.
