Job Duties:

Management of incoming Client queries & emails.
Managing Client relationships.
Supporting the HR Consultants with the delivery of a range of HR activities.
Monitoring, reviewing and updating our standard HR policies & procedures.
Undertake a monthly environmental scanning exercise to enable the creation and development of an eZines.
Involvement in marketing activities to add value to clients, promote the business and drive brand awareness.
Support with the development and maintenance of a client & prospect Database.
Support the MD with Client on boarding and other business-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential Qualifications:
5 GCSEs A-C (including Maths & English)

Preferred Qualifications:
Business or HR related degree
CIPD Level 3

Preferred Experience:
1 year's office based experience
Experience of working remotely
Experience of working in a team leader or supervisor role
Demonstrable knowledge or understanding of HR/Employment law

Essential Skills & Competencies:
Structured and organized
Ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks through to completion
Ability to take the initiative and work independently
Diplomatic communicator with excellent written
Exemplary email etiquette
Confident in verbal communication, particularly call handling and online meetings
IT Literate (e.g. word/excel/PowerPoint/Apple operating systems)
Social Media savvy
