Job Duties:

The employer is: NBWISP
Greet/welcome clients.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email ¿ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (sign-in system).
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience:

An enhanced Access NI check is required. Having a conviction will not necessarily cause a bar to employment.
Previous experience in a customer facing role i.e. Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Beauty/Hairdressing etc. is desirable.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Highly reliable with good management skills.
Willingness and eager to learn.

GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
Experience with Social Media and Canva is advantageous.
Confident using computer packages such as email, word, excel etc.
