Job Duties:

Conduct recruitment administration specific tasks on our HR System Bamboo HR. Inputting and transferring candidate details on to the HR System Bamboo HR. Daily analysing of CV's and creating talent pools. Liaising with management to identify recruitment needs. Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills. Updating new starter spreadsheets. Booking relevant appointments for candidates i.e., Covid tests. Updating office manager in a timely manner to ensure new starter information is passed over accurately. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures. Ad-hoc Clerical duties with regards wider administration in the department. Any other duties as required by the senior management.

Qualifications / Experience:

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths, grade c or higher.
Minimum 1 year experience in an admin based role.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
The ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Excellent professional attitude.
Adaptable and flexible in your approach to your working day.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate.
Time management skills.

Dealing with sensitive customer data & familiarity with
Experience in similar role: Recruitment/ HR Admin.
