Job Duties:


Answer programming/participation enquiries.
Responsible for programming admin (Classbizz management system).
Work with Arts Programme Manager on developing creative projects with other key members of staff and artists/facilitators.
Provide support and care to participants/audience/artists/facilitators and companies.
Prepare reports for Management Board Meetings.
Liaise with Finance Department.
Attend project showcases/performances, networking events, meetings.
Support Arts Programme Manager in developing/monitoring activities, courses, events, projects.
Manage, deliver, and monitor participation projects.
Work with Arts Programme Manager to manage personnel and participants working on projects/events.
Support Arts Programme Manager with admin duties.

Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs.

I.T skills, Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel etc.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Self Motivated.
Proven interest in the arts.
Research skills.
Data Analysis skills.
