Job Duties:

The employer is: O'Neill's International Sports Co.Ltd

Liaise with Export Sales Staff regarding customer enquiries and updates on orders.
Liaise with Production Departments regarding export orders and enquiries.
Provide assistance with scheduling of export orders in production.
Help Export Coordinator with customs paperwork for international shipments to ensure delivery in due time to customer.
Assist with any issues with paperwork and delays for international shipments.
Provide assistance when required during busy times of year for Export Production Coordinator, Export Admin Staff.
Ensure good working relationships are maintained with colleagues.
Ensure that company policies are adhered to at all times within the department, this includes the Equal Opportunities policy, Harassment policy, Health and Safety policy and Training policy.
Any other reasonable duties requested.

Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum 5 GCSE's A-C to include Maths and English (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years' experience gained in a dynamic sales/production environment, focusing on sales administration.
Excellent and thorough knowledge of sales administration operating procedures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite- must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks and a thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data processed.
Experience in order processing, pleasant and confident demeanour.
Enjoys a challenge, determined and motivated.
Good ability to work with others and a positive attitude.
Accurate and organised and ability to manage several projects at the same time
Handles pressure and deadlines well.
Ability to prioritise own workload.
