Job Duties:

The Employer is: ULSTER HOCKEY.

Providing administration support to the organisations PR, marketing and communications function.
Monitoring and filing all relevant press coverage of Ulster Hockey.
Assisting with the management of Social Media accounts & website.
Assisting with drafting articles for the press and/or website/social media.
Engaging with member clubs to assist with the promotion of the wider sport.

You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience:

Experience of working in an office environment.
Experience & competency of IT systems including Microsoft office such as Excel, Word.
Organisation and prioritisation skills to manage diverse workload.
Experience & competency of social media platforms.

Marketing, PR or Communications third level qualifications.
Experience of customer service or dealing with external contacts.
Interest in sports.
