Job Duties:

For each of the following, the postholder will;
Oversee patient clinics within relevant areas.
Provide reception duties for the areas outlined above.
Maintain patients' charts following review by medical staff.
Extract and prepare department notes for various lists held within the relevant area.
Order ambulances for patients attending.
Order interpreters for patients when required.
Order bloods for patients.

Qualifications / Experience:

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C / 9-4 to include English Language or equivalent qualification and one year's administrative experience.
Or
NVQ Level II in Administration and one year's administrative experience.
Or
A minimum of two year's administrative experience.
Experience working in a hospital setting and using electronic systems to record patient's attendance and outcomes.
