Job Duties:
Working as part of the Supplier Quality team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for carrying out document control and supplier records duties at all Almac Clinical Services sites related to the general implementation and maintenance of Almac Quality Systems in accordance with Almac Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current GXP practices and customer specifications.
The successful candidate will also support the supplier management program at all Almac Clinical Services sites through assistance in supplier audits and other related activities.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential Criteria
5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications).
Experience in administrative or document control functions.
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent).
Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Quality areas.
General knowledge of GXP standards of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
