Job Duties:
Housing Rights is currently seeking to appoint an Advice Services Manager (maternity cover, initially until 28th February 2022).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The efficient and effective joint management of the Advice Services Team.
Ensuring the efficient and effective co-ordination of the Organisation's casework/ legal teams.
Ensuring designated staff/volunteers within the Advice Services Team have the necessary skills and knowledge required to carry out their jobs.
Contributing to the preparation of the organisation's strategic plan and annual business plan including the establishment of agreed targets.

Qualifications / Experience:
Essential criteria:
Good standard of educational attainment or similar demonstrated level of ability.
At least one year's full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience, gained over the last five years, in leading and managing delivery of services.
Demonstrated experience in performance management and people management.
Demonstrated experience of project management.
Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality management systems and processes.
Knowledge of housing legislation, policy and practice in Northern Ireland.
