Job Duties:

Welcoming clients/customers/members of the public.
Forging and maintaining positive working relationships with clients whilst promoting the organisational vision.
Ensure that telephone calls are answered promptly and ensure that clear messages are taken and passed to the appropriate person.
Manage the booking and cancelling of appointments using either the appointment book/computerised appointment system and liaise with the others in the team regarding same.
Ensure that clients details are recorded accurately and that all emergency contact details are kept up to date.
Use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents using word, spreadsheets and databases.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the companys business and clients particulars.
Maintain the filing system as set up by administrative staff.
To assist with the recruitment administration of Workers, sending references, disclosure checks, arranging training.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential Criteria:
5 GCSE's Grade C or above or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months experience working in an administration role.
Desirable Criteria:
NVQ/ QCF Level 2 or Above in Business Administration.
