Job Duties:
Take responsibility for the efficient running of the Coffee Shop, leading the team and ensuring first class service and quality at all times.
Make teas/coffees as required.
Operate the till with competence.
Serve hot food, soups and stews.
Serve desserts.
Clear and clean tables and keeping floors clean.
Take customers orders.
Work closely with kitchen staff.
Dishwashing duties.
Maintaining a clean workplace at all times.
Lean and develop the team.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience in a similar Coffee Shop/Restaurant role is essential.
Previous team leader or Supervisory experience is also required.
