Job Duties:

To assist the Cultural Facilities Development Manager in the management and development of RVACC/FF including human, physical and financial resources to achieve the aims and objectives contained within the Cultural, Arts and Heritage Strategy.

Qualifications / Experience:

A third level qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant subject such as English or Drama.
Two years' (four years if you do not have the educational qualification) experience of developing, delivering a multi-disciplinary arts programme.
One year's experience in:
Assisting in the operational management of a cultural facility including health and safety and staff supervision;
Income generation including fundraising and grant applications;
Marketing and PR;
Audience development;
Use of Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
A full current driving licence; and willing to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
