Job Duties:


Ensure clubs have completed their player & coach registration.
Upload clubs' details onto the league platform & generate fixtures.
Maintain the weekly results from league fixtures & update tables.
Maintain register of cautions/ dismissals & ensure clubs are aware of player dismissals.
Check match cards to ensure players registered & playing in appropriate teams.
Assistance with queries regarding disciplinary issues.
Assistance with co-ordination of cup competition & fixtures.
Prepare weekly fixtures for the league.
Co-ordinate referees for the league.
Update fixtures & schedule on Facebook group.
Maintain register of league results to assist with team promotion & demotion.
Weekly setup of Small Sided games pitches if required.
Assist volunteers on Saturday morning.
Prepare statistical reports for League Administrators.

You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience:

Have IT experience.
Possess a high level of written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Work under pressure and work on own initiative.
Have strong computer literacy skills and competency in using Microsoft Office applications such as power point, word, excel and outlook.
Be flexible with regard to working including attending meetings and events out of normal working hours.
