Job Duties:

This role will be to primarily provide administrative support to the Sales and Recruitment Officer through the completion of paperwork, online records, communicating with employers and learners to obtain relevant information and maintain databases.
In addition, you will be expected to work as an administrator within the office, maintaining learner records and providing admin support for teaching staff.
Ensure accuracy, legibility and quality of paperwork and work competently as part of a team.
Be able to work in a busy, dynamic working environment.
Liaise with employers and placement providers and be confident in using the telephone.
General administrative duties including drafting letters, filing, photocopying, scanning and answering telephones.
Be organised, confident and proficient in using Microsoft products.

Qualifications / Experience:

2 years' previous administrative experience would be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English.
Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail.
Show professionalism and be enthusiastic and motivated towards work.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to work flexibly and effectively as a member of a team.
Ability to utilise ICT within administrative processes.
Ability to work using own initiative.
